These uber popular Parmesan Crusted Potatoes are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the middle with a buttery, cheesy, crust. Out the gate delicious you guys!
You score the potatoes and make a butter parmesan paste, with some onion and garlic powder and seasoning. Spread the paste on a baking tray and add the potatoes. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle more parmesan cheese over the top, bake and devour!
These potatoes would be fabulous on Christmas Day but also lovely with your Sunday Roast or with Tuesday nights fish 😊

Sounds like I’m sorted. Parmesan potatoes, beetroot & balsamic salmon, a Xmas wreath salad followed by your amazing trifle. Yum.
