Whether you’re making them for an easy weeknight dinner, a party platter, or a fun game-day snack, these sliders will disappear fast!

Best Ever 30 Minute Meatball Sliders
Cheesy, saucy, and seriously satisfying. These 30-minute meatball sliders deliver maximum flavour with minimal effort—making them the perfect quick-fix dinner for the whole family.
Ingredients
Meatballs
- 400 grams beef mince
- 1 small onion chopped or grated
- 3 cloves garlic crushed or 1 tsp of crushed garlic from the jar
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp italian herbs
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
To assemble
- 1 500g jar of pasta sauce
- 1½ cups grated cheese
- 8 slider buns or 4 large sub rolls
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 3 cloves garlic crushed or 1 tsp of crushed garlic from the jar
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180C

In a large bowl add all the meatball ingredients and mix well until everything is incorporated. Make sure you season the meat well. Line a baking tray. Split the meatball mixture into 8 and then roll into balls. Place on the baking tray.

Bake meat balls for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden and cooked through.

Add pasta sauce to a pot and heat on a medium temperature until hot, when meatballs are cooked toss through the pasta sauce.

To assemble, cut the buns in half and arrange on a baking tray, add the meatballs and sauce to each bun and top with cheese. Pop the lid of the bun back on

Mix the melted butter and garlic together. Brush the buns with the garlic butter

Place in the oven for about 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted and buns are lightly golden
