Making a gift for someone you love is one of life’s greatest pleasures — and homemade fudge is always a winner. This creamy white chocolate Biscoff fudge is simple to make, can be personalised with different flavours, and makes the perfect homemade gift. I love this recipe for Father’s Day, Christmas, or anytime you want to spoil someone.

Creamy White Chocolate Biscoff Fudge
This one’s dangerously good—creamy white chocolate, swirls of Biscoff, and that soft, fudgey texture we all love. Fair warning: it won’t last long.
Ingredients
- 1 395g can of condensed milk
- 400 grams white chocolate I used white chocolate cooking buttons
- ½ cup Biscoff spread
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Instructions
-
Line a 20 x 20 tin with baking paper.
-
In a large microwave safe bowl add the condensed milk, white chocolate, biscoff, salt and vanilla.
-
Microwave for 2 minutes, remove from the microwave and stir.
-
Pop it back in the microwave for another 2 minutes and stir again. Repeat one last time or until all the chocolate has melted. Mix well.
-
Pour into your lined tin and pop in the fridge for an hour or two to set.
-
Cut into squares and store in an airtight container or wrap in tins or cellophane bags and give as presents.
