Baked Feta, Honey and Tomatoes

December 17, 2022 by themacphersondiaries Leave a Comment

My Baked Feta, Honey and Tomatoes takes only 5 minutes to prepare, then place in the oven and once baked, you are left with soft oozy cheese, and sweet tomatoes. Perfection when spread on bread or crackers.

I can’t even find the right words to describe the heavenly taste of that cheese, all golden with honey and warm spreadable. The baking process transforms the ingredients into something incredible.

You can serve this feta with pasta instead of with bread, simply add the pasta to the pan and mix well. The feta makes a beautiful sauce for the pasta.

Ingredients

– Cherry tomatoes
– Garlic
– Olive oil
– Salt
– Feta cheese
– Honey
– Pepper
– Basil for garnish
– Bread for serving

I hope you love this recipe as much as we do. If you are looking for another vegetarian delight try my Moroccan Roast Cauliflower.

Onto my recipe for Baked Feta, Honey & Tomatoes.
