Preheat oven to 200 degrees fan bake

Line an oven tray with baking paper or foil and cover with a baking rack.

In a large bowl, add the chicken wings and pat dry with a paper towel.

Add baking powder, salt, garlic and onion powders.

Toss to coat the chicken.

Place the wings on the rack in a single layer. Do not crowd or they will not go crispy.

Cook in the oven until golden brown and crispy, around 45 minutes.

While the chicken is cooking, make the blue cheese dip by mixing all ingredients together. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if needed. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

When the chicken is nearly done, make the buffalo sauce by mixing the hot sauce, butter and honey together.

Combine the crispy chicken wings with the buffalo sauce and toss to coat.

Serve with blue cheese dip, and cucumber sticks.
