Creamy Cauliflower Puree

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 – 3 cups of chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 tablespoons cream

Instructions

  1. In a pot, cook the cauliflower in the chicken stock.
  2. Once cooked, drain and whizz using a stick wand or blender. Once silky smooth, add the butter & cream. Taste to see if you need to add salt.
