Our whole family LOVE ribs and that is a win! I make variations of these Hoisin Pork Ribs often. They are such an easy dish which always leaves loved ones licking their lips for more!
I find that when cooking ribs I like to use quite a sweet sauce, in this recipe I have used, Hoisin, Tomato sauce, honey and soy sauce. Other sauces I often use are sweet soy (kecap manis), BBQ sauce, and sweet chilli sauce.
I have served the ribs with roast potato and a red cabbage and apple slaw with a mayo and lemon juice, and it matched really well with the Hoisin ribs.
I often cook ribs in the pressure cooker which I find works really well if you are short on time. I would put these on for 45 minutes on manual if doing in the pressure cooker.
I like using pork ribs as opposed to Lamb ribs the best as they have a good fat content. However, you could absolutely try these with Lamb Ribs.
